Sure Hellraiser II bring on the battle flag and we will have another boycot on our hands. They should go back to the pre 1956 flag and stop messing around with it. I was a citizen, born and raised in Georgia until 1985 when I moved to South Carolina. We have had our problems with the battle flag here and our State government caved in and movet it to the Confederate monument. Now the ACLU and the NAACP want to move it agin. Come on all ready. Get a life, please! We are talking about history, yours, mine and their's. Go complain about something that means something to everyone. maybe the price of gas and oil. That would be a good one to work on.

And if the weaklings in the government of the state of South Carolina hadn't bothered listening the first time around, we wouldn't have this problem. You give the NAALCP an inch, they will eventually take a mile because of their consistent yapping. The first move was a compromise. Everyone agreed it was a compromise, the PC police agreed it was a compromise, and it was supposed to be left at that. But the NAALCP doesn't know what the word compromise is, as evidenced by their past actions.

The people of the state of South Carolina should have left the Battle Flag where it was in the first place or at least stood strong like the citizens of the state of Mississippi

First off I'd like to say that I will support whatever flag we the people of Georgia vote for, but the bitching by the ACLU & the NAACP won't ever stop even if you got rid of every Confederate flag in the state they would still bitch & complain.

Hell in order to make some of these people happy you would have to dig up the remains of every Confederate Soldier & every piece of parafanailia and bury them all at sea.

I mean you just hit the nail on the head by saying that South Carolina catered to the ACLU & the NAACP's every wish and yet they keep on boycotting and harassing the state even at the cost of jobs & income to Blacks.

The ACLU & NAACP can boycott all they want, they got nothing I want or need. If they don't like it, they need to stay out of Georgia.
