Obvious humor, but Baghdad Bob was truly the tension-breaking, comic relief of the war. It's ashame they are probably scraping him off the rubble at this very moment. As this article shows he became synonymous with absurd, outrageous propaganda. Baghdad Bob did not know that the media-savvy Americans are usually not susceptible to Goebels' Big Lie techniques.

As to this particular web site it has an ongoing battle with the local government. Cookeville is the town where the police held an innocent family on their knees at gunpoint with high-speed traffic racing by on I-40. CPD then shot the family dog only to find out there was never even a robbery. Apologies were issued along with statements that the City of Cookeville did nothing wrong.
