MODESTO, Calif. - Where is Scott Peterson?
As cops struggle to identify the grisly remains of a woman and newborn washed up on a Richmond, Calif., shore over the weekend - strongly hinting they could be his missing wife and child - it appears Scott has vanished.

They just need to put the Crossing Jordan chick on it. She would find out if the bodies found were Laci and son(which is self-evident) and find enough evidence to convict Scott in an hour (not that there wasn't enough evidence to convict him before the bodies were found). He should be in jail now (a month ago), not hiding.

That's kind of funny. You sound like me. Well, I'm told that all her (mitochondrial) DNA really has to match is her mother's.
And even having been switched at birth wouldn't make her fail to match the DNA in her hairbrush!
