So I politely asked where I could stand, . . . He informed me that he didnt know but I couldnt stay where I was and that he would not allow me to stand on the side walk.
Of course, you were wise to leave, particularly when the officer wouldn't (or couldn't) tell you what the charges would be. However, if you were on the public sidewalk I don't understand why you had to leave. I would like to know what law you were breaking.
Thank you for the report.

I was breaking the law of mental midgets who grow up short in height and low in stature. Who make up for their low self esteem by joining the only authority that may accept them, because of a lack in height restrictions. Officer Meyer about 5' 6" tall of the Boca Raton Police Department showed up on the following thread the previous day, April 14th.
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/893260/posts Where he broke up a Celebration of Old Glory. I was not at the Rally for Americas #1 Hero, but I would be willing to guess that he lied to the participants and suspected a bunch of white guys being patriotic would respect his uniform and authority and give him a great ego boost.
He saw an easy target for his intimidation as he suspected in me when he initiated a debate on taxes, something I believe is against Police Department procedure.
I would bet that if anyone checked the phone logs at the Boca Police Department this cop is guilty of lying to the Citizens of his community who employ him and there was not a complaint called in about the rally the previous day.
I was going to keep Meyers name out of this until I recognized him this evening after I wrote this report for john Meyer of The C.S.E.
But since I now feel it is necessary to identify the little cretin of a cop. I feel it is only fair I explain that officer Cohen the second officer conducted himself in a respectful and professional manner, though he wasn't on the scene very long, I now suspect his presence is the only reason I wasn't thrown in jail.

Sorry for the insult to John Hall of the C.S.E., unintentional typo speed typing in rush of anger.

Good going brother. Few people would have the balls for such and undertaking.
The little prick should at least be able to tell you what law you're breaking, but as you indicate, brains and good will are not a requirement for becoming a LEO. Unfortunately they can arrest first and ask questions later, forcing you to spend your resources proving your innocence. You were smart not to give him his jollies by getting arrested.

You need to carefully read those Constitutions you are passing out.
The Federalist papers were just propaganda used to trick people into ratifying the Constitution which was itself rigged in favor of a powerful central state. Classic bait and switch.
Check out Boston T. Party's book The Hologram of Liberty for more details on this subject. You might also want to read his text You & the Police for excellent advice on police confrontations.
Also Bastiat's The Law can be purchased in quantities of 100 for $150 from Laissez Faire books. I give away roughly 100 copies a year.
Good Luck and keep up the good work.
