Where is Scott Peterson?
Neighbors of the 30-year-old fertilizer salesman said they had not seen Peterson at the couple's home on Covena Avenue for at least a week.
Police hadn't heard from him either.
"I don't know where he is, and if I knew, I still couldn't tell you," Detective Doug Ridenour, a Modesto police spokesman, said at a news conference.

Modesto Police are giving Scott Petersen plently of time to leave the country, and go hide out in any part of the world.

I betcha the cops know exactly where he (snot peterson) is.
To: tessalu
Where is Scott Peterson? His neighbors have lynched him. A preliminary description of the perpetrators indicates they were not wearing their eyeglasses.

I hope he's roasting in the afterlife. He is the lowest life form on earth.

Where is Scott Peterson? They could always ask the "psychic" he hired to help find his wife. Nut. Last night on O'Reilly it was reported that Peterson shows up at his place monthly to mow the lawn . . . they've got tabs on him.

I sure hope this whole soap opera gets moved to chat. I can't take another OJ episode on this forum.
There isn't even any public evidence of a crime and the tin foil crowd is out in force.
Please George, start a war in Syria, soon.

Scott's lawyers can't get him to return their phone calls. The international phone tolls may be a trifle more than Scott had budgeted for.
Of course he is out of the country. The Sudan, maybe, or deep in some jungle in Uruguay. Run and keep on running.

His parents live in San Diego, right next to the Mexican border, and all he has to do is cross the line, and I do believe that he will.

He probably blew his brains out in the garage..
If he killed her, then he did it out of guilt.
If he didn't, it's because a bunch of busy bodies and know-it-all harpies drove him to it.

Still checking in regularly, I see. Let me guess--Church of the Self-Righteous?

Didn't some psychic say that Scott would commit suicide (I think I read that on the really long thread of 800+ posts)? If so, was this the same psychic that named that buoy near the area she was found?
To: Devil_Anse
Not really.
Trying to shame some on this forum into adult actions.
Have always been embarassed by those on the forum who have suggested conviction or worse when there isn't even any public evidence of a crime.
If they are making fools of themselves it is not my problem but they are also reflecting badly on this forum which obviously irritates me.
Just wish they would take the gossip over to the chat side.
To: Amerigomag
How is it gossip to talk about an apparent murder, but not gossip to talk about, oh, say, public figures and their past records?
From what I've seen, the Admin. Mods can place a thread in chat any time they want to, and will. So I think I'll leave it up to them, since they seem to know what they're doing.
The fact is, the family is the building block of this country. Some of us see things from the top down. Others see things from the bottom up. I think if more attention were paid to the family, we would see a great improvement in everything. The people being discussed here were once a family. We can make a difference, one family at a time. The behavior of family members towards one another, if extreme, is a legitimate topic for discussion.
Once upon a time, it's said, people behaved themselves more b/c they feared the judgment of society. They cared about how they were viewed by the public. We are the public. In order for things like the concept of honor to work, the public has to be involved. Otherwise, for example, young husbands or wives might think it's just fine to behave the way the husband in this case has behaved. It's not.
I know the owners have to care about how the forum is viewed, but as a mere user, I for one couldn't care less if a bunch of liberals talk badly about us. It's just bitter, envious, pathetic, GOSSIP. And I think our powers that be around here are quite up to the task of handling such a thing.

As I so ungraciously told my spouse: "Of course they know where Scott Peterson is...the cops probably know when the guy p**ps."
