Well, almost. Most of the time it's a failure.

Instead, find women with similar interests. Get to know each other. You won't have the same pressure as dating, and odds are if you were attracted to each other from the start you'll end up more than friends.

Dating just to date is pretty pointless I think. I just went on my first date last semester my freshman yr. in college and haven't seen the need to try to ask someone out since (though there is someone I am about ready to ask out...I am considering it anyway).

Dating is something that should be done rarely I think and not just to date, but get to know the person.
