Well, anyone not invited to a special, closed door meeting would know that everyone in there was talking about her. There'd be all kinds of gossip about other world leaders whispered "off the record" of course, which would then end up as the headline the following day. Backstabbing would be even more common than it is now (can you say France?). Outfits would be ridiculed as "so yesterday, what was she thinking?". I could go on and on.
