Why doesn't the author ask "What if a woman had been in charge of Iraq instead of Saddam?"

We could've saved lots of bombs and money, and just sent Hillary to Saddam....that would've scared him sh*tless, and he and his spawn would've run for cover forever! (And, we could've made her STAY there!!!)
