No end to hypocrisy in the Gol'darn State!
The Legislature has taken its normal spring vacation -- more blind deference to precedent in an unprecedented year.
It Takes a Pillage.. :-\
Sad..Rome burns while the State Senate and Assembly get a tan!

Wesson is a cheap/smelly clone of Willie Brown without the charisma that Brown had at one time. Now Brown is the typical elitist liberal who never smiles and has the charm of a rabid pit bull suffering from PMS!

Another contract, for $8,250 a month, was extended to Mike Briggs, a termed-out former Republican Assembly member who last year provided a critical vote needed by Wesson and the Democratic majority to pass the state budget. I'm sure there is more to the story but this just looks bad.

"
The speaker has the authority to establish ``personal services contracts,'' and Wesson was hardly the first speaker to do it."Looks like Calipooia has "liberalated" itself to death!

But tiny as they were in dollarsWhat absolute arrogance on the part of the SJMN.
People would kill for an $8,000 monthly salary.
Shame on these liberal elitists for trying to trivialize such lucrative pay.

California
must go belly up.
No way will Democrats vote for cuts - - their parasite constituencies would jump up and down and holler like animals - - and no way will Republicans allow
their constituents, the regular, tax-paying, traditional families, to get bent over for more tax money to enable the Democrats to continue funding their selfish vote buying sprees.
It is irresistable force meeting immovable object - - the only possible result is bankruptcy.
Only then can rebuilding begin.
