Everything you can collect that's nonperishable can be put in the storage unit, and once a month one of us take it to the VA hospital.

That works great.. two or three times a week I go by the Dollar Store
during lunch, lots of hygeine and sundry stuff in bulk.
Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, you name it.
Also I can hit some bookstores, I know a few!!!

Have to stop there myself soon - - - add some things to drop off in a few weeks in Augusta.

Thanks a bunch, gunner!
I'll get that storage unit tomorrow.
I'll freep you and maybe we can get a meeting together for everyone who wants to volunteer.

A tip for you:
Sometimes people will donate to the VA hospital before they'll sell the stuff.
After you become a volunteer you'll get this cool card that certifies you as a volunteer.
Just show 'em that when ask them for their donation.
