This ain't Pravda unless you can demonstrate that this article was created/promoted by the BushAdmin...this seems like sincerely-believed GUSHING, which is somewhat understandable considering a lotta our younger converts to VastRightWingConspiratorialism have only Dubyuh and SlickWillie to use as examples of Oval Office inhabitants. Bill Clinton was THAT bad...almost anybody wouldda looked good in comparison, imho. However, it seems that Dubyuh's made some great strides towards being Reagan-esque in my mind, which is saying a lot when you consider the high regard--not unlike some twentysomethings' respect fer Dubyuh--I hold fer the Ronaldus Maximus.

I prefer/tend to chalk up this somewhat over-the-top gushing to youthful exhuberance more than "abject butt-kissin'."

This "youthfully exuberant" FReeper here is *just* old enough to remember the tail end of "American Malaise", and definitely old enough to remember what Reagan did to bring confidence back to the American people.

And you're right, it's gushing. So somebody gushed a little. I'm sure would could come up with much more abject, blind idol-worshipping if we took a second to look at how Clinton is perceived at "that other site". ;-)

Talk about idol worship! What was left of liberal conscience disappeared when they closed ranks behind Clinton and revealed their real agenda: Absolute, total, complete lust for power at ANY cost. Now THAT...is something Stalin would have understood. ;-)
