Associated Press December 24, 2002 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WASHINGTON -- President Bush thinks gifts should never, ever be opened before Christmas morning. A fondly recalled practice from first lady Laura Bush's childhood dictates tamales and enchiladas for the Christmas Eve menu.

Included in the holiday decorations brought with them to Washington are two creches, one a Mexican nativity scene.

Perhaps the answer is in these clues. I never have been able to find out what part of her childhood has ties to Mexico. Perhaps someone out there knows and can enlighten me.

Clearly, though, the Bushes have some deep tie to Mexico. Maybe it was that she had a mexican maid growing up. I would like to know.

I don't know what the tie between Mexico and the Bushes is. It isn't too unusual for Texas to adopt a lot of the Mexican culture - until recently I really enjoyed it -

It is said that Fox and his elite group want to rid Mexico of the dark skinned Spanish/Indians and leave the riches of Mexico to the white-skinned people. One site I read said that Fox actually did not have enough MExican blood to qualify for affirmative action in the US. This may be part of it and President Bush wants to break down our sovereignty and create the union that 'has no borders'. What better way to do it, then flood one country with people who have no allegiance to it - who are breaking the back and finances of the ones who do - make them citizens and allow them to vote for your ideas. The illegals who come here don't care if they live in America or some huge union. It doesn't matter to them.
