My initial reply should have stated "being used
on a large scale".
With regards to the school shooting in Lousisina, I thought schools were "gun free" zones.... a lot of good the law did there.

What difference does it make what kind of gun was used? There were 4 suspects. Even with a one-shot-each shotgun, there could have been the same number of casualties. With a machine gun there could have been hundreds.
It doesn't matter what kind of guns they ban. The people that want to kill in high numbers will find a way to do so.
