Retarded.
The first 2 amendments close with the exact same wording :
...the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
...the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
So, is "the right of the people" different between the 2 amendments right at the top of the BOR? You're deluded if you think that's the case.
