I'm with you, but it still doesn't get the *%&#$ prosecuters to charge the offenses. Not that I'm bitter about it.

It's actually a pretty strong law the way it is, with the "Aiding and abetting" statutes. If 4 people are in the car, only one guy has a gun and does the drive by shooting, everyone can get charged with the 10-year mandatory, in addition to the assault, etc.

Again, the problem is getting these things prosecuted.
