Yep. Rita is kinda pretty but she doesn't seem very bright. I heard machine gun fire on T.V. Rita immediately says, "What are we hearing now?" My 7 year old nephew knew that it was machine gun fire.
I don't want to make any rash assessments about anybody's intelligence, but Rita and her male cohort are coming across fairly stupid right now.

You must realize that many of the questions asked are for the benefit of the viewers, not the host.
If they feel something needs explaining or more details, they'll ask what sometimes seem like stupid questions.
Some details are quite interesting, like the retired General explaining the difference in sound between the AK-47s and the M-16s.
