Yes; three were already in custody when a fourth surrendered on the other side of building...he put his weapons down and raised his hands....then the cam went dead...or they shut it down out; perhaps military ordered to, so if the guy was a suicide bomber, that would not be televised live.....now they're looking for more snipers...

Palestine Hotel; why is a Hotel with THAT name still standing? Must be one of those political things.
