How so? If they use American technology then Russia cann't help them with that. Russia don't have expertise in it. Is it logic?
Or you simply want to blame Russia for everything?

The Russians ARE helping them do it. The Russians provided Iran with the high strength Aluminum needed to make the centrifuges that the Iranians will use to produce a nuclear weapon. How is this not obvious from what I have posted thus far?
