Apology accepted. Our two countries were enemies for a long time, it is only natural we should 'knock elbows' on certian issues.
So you say you don't forget about other bad guys? Because I'm accualy pro US cleaning south of Russia's border. But I will be disappointed if you stop after Saddam.
Actually I agree with you on this one. I don't think the United States should stop with Saddam, but you guys over there in Russia could help us out alot by cooling it on the arms sales, WMDs or not. Even if you don't give these countries WMD's, giving them the missile means to deliver them, isn't helping things.
Russia is selling defensive arms not WMD.
Selling traditional Arms is something every country does so, I'm not going to take issue with that.
If US have evidence that someone violated that principle then you show it to Putin. I think Putin then will put someone to prison.
I agree, anyone who sells WMD's should be arrested, tried, and acquitted or convicted, but I don't have much faith in Putin as a true 'Democrat'. First off, he is X-KGB and doesn't seem to be someone interested in Democracy and Capitialism. I offer this quote from Putin himself:
"We are not going to export capitalist, democratic revolutions,..."
What do you think about Putin opposing the "cleaning south of Russia's border" as you put it?
I think what may excuse Russia that Russia sold for US currency. 5 blns per year.
But someone else provided those countries with US currency not Russia.
Not exactly sure what you mean here. I think you are suggesting that the arms were purchased with US currency and that makes it ok for Russia to sell it to them.
