On Wednesday, Mr. Cellucci again criticized Canada's position, calling Mr. Chrétien's refusal to turn over fugitive Iraqis to U.S. forces "incomprehensible." Oh, but it's very comprehensible in historical context:

We can no longer allow the perpetrators of some of the worst crimes in history to live side-by-side with their victims," he added.
