French NGOs refuse army orders in Iraq

Since we are the "occupying army", doesn't the Geneva Convention give us the right to confiscate any humanitarian supplies within the theatre of war for the benefit of needy civilians? I believe it does.

They should pull out of the UN or the U.S. should and then kick it out of the United States.
