The short answer is, LIBERALISM is a disease infesting the leftist psyche, coloring every turn of phrase, bubbling up their bitterness toward being removed from control over the branches of government. That's why they seek to obstruct the last bastion of liberalism, the courts. The long answer is much more complex but referring to the first, shorter answer makes it easier to understand.

It is the rendering of a dead mans personal possessions and the casting of lots to see who gets what. The left expects the bulk of possessions to be won by them in this decidedly rigged game.

The only way to beat this scam is to set-up a "foundation" that hires people from the Left that will spend your money on projects you wouldn't. Like the Rockefeller and Ford foundations. If your kids are Lefty's, they'll have a job.
