I'll give him MAJOR points if he can get them seated... but once again, he has shown that he is not up to the job of standing up to the Dems on domestic issues!

Which judges of the 'right kind' has G.W. gotten appointed to which courts?

(not arguing, just that 'right kind' is somewhat ambigous and needs some definition by example to be meaningful)

Bush needs more pressure to pick Constitutional Judges. We need to tell him to put heat on the Dems for Estrada. And Freepers who are complaining about the ban better write the Congressman and Senators!
