In 1986, on a Sunday morning in June, I sat in the congregation of a large Baptist church in Little Rock. The choir entered, clad in long, bright, flowing robes. I couldn't help but notice Governer William Clinton in the direct center, smiling from ear to ear, and singing "Jesus Saves" at the top of his lungs. No camera could possibly miss him.

I'll never forget that moment.

Leonardo da Vinci used to roam the streets of Florence to find grotesque characters to draw. He missed this one from Arkansas.

1986...let's see...I think that was AFTER he raped Juanita Broaddrick, and before his affair with Gennifer Flowers and pulling his pants down in front of Paula Jones and saying "Kiss it."

I think I've got my timeline right.
