"American intervention has not been automatic; Washington did nothing much to halt the slaughter in Rwanda and Burundi, for example. It has often been late, as in trying to stay out of Bosnia until 1995. It has occasionally come to grief, as in Somalia in 1993. More often, though, it has succeeded, as in Grenada (1983), Panama (1989) and Kuwait (1991)."
I love slow balls.
Let's see:
Iran, Somalia, Ruwanda/Burundi, and Bosnia. (Demonrat presidents)
Grenada, Panama, Kuwait, and now Iraq (Republican presidents)
Do I detect a pattern here? You bet! You can't trust demonrats with national security.

Exactly! I thought the same thing. A little convenient that Apple leaves out this obvious fact. You can't win a war unless you play to win, and the Democraps don't play to win, they play to cover their ass.
