TAMPA, Fla. (AP) -- A Palestinian-born professor will remain jailed without bond until his trial on charges that he led a terrorist organization's U.S. operations and helped its members enter the country, a federal judge ruled Thursday.
Former University of South Florida computer engineering professor Sami Al-Arian and co-defendant Sameeh Hammoudeh must remain jailed because each poses a danger and a flight risk, U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark A. Pizzo ruled.

Finally, someone in the Judicial system and govt. are getting their act together. These guys should not be released! They would disappear just like all the Republican Guards in Iraq....you would see their clothes....not them!
