Yes, they do fall under those regulations. I was being a bit sarcastic. I am an RN and I don't consider those who murder anyone from the unborn to the elderly to be aligned with "healthcare". It is contrary to the oaths physicians and nurses take.

Mountjoy's FAX # is 916-319-2159. He wants loads of letters. (Thanks for anything you can do.) Here's my letter:
The Honorable Dennis Mountjoy
State Assembly Member
The Capitol
Sacramento, CA 95814
Subject: AB 930
Dear Assembly Member Mountjoy:
Thank you for offering AB 930 which will force abortion providers to report child abuse/sexual abuse of minors.
I have ten granddaughters!
I dare say most Californians are unaware that a young girl who gets impregnated by an older man can get an abortion and the would-be father walks away laughing and free to abuse another girl. These men are criminals and should be treated as such not to mention the abortion facility that enabled the illegal behavior!
I cant even believe I am having to write this letter. Its just common sense. It is common knowledge that teachers, social workers, counselors, etc., are required to report child abuse when they become aware of it.
A 13-year-old girl who gets pregnant by her mothers boyfriend, for example, needs to know that society cares enough about her to hold her abuser accountable for his actions. Planned Parenthood, and other abortion providers, have been getting away with enabling criminals and with abusing children!!!! This must come to a screeching halt!!!!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for AB 930. Our prayers are with you.
Sincerely,
Saundra Duffy-Hawkins
