You mean health pros in CA are NOT required to report signs of child abuse? We are, but I don't think Planned Parenthood employees are accurately described as 'healthcare professionals';-)
They must certainly be described as such, and then would fall under regulation. One can get into serious trouble not reporting child abuse.
