I just saw the announcement on CNBC, their reporter from Baghdad mentioned it, but couldn't find a link.
And it's always nice to have a link, to prove to some people, that I didn't make it up.

I saw Dr. Bob Arnott, on MSNBC, give this report at 4 pm today.

He also said he had been to 11 hospitals, and not one had any civilians injured from US bombs. He was stunned.
