I hope it was a boy and not a girl... If my memory serves me, I believe George Foreman has a daughter named George.

This is the type of good news that I love to hear coming from Iraq. There are certainly going to be many babies named George, Abu Dubya, or any other variations, but I also think that some of the grown ups are going to make some name changes for themselves. I hope the President has heard this story. I think it would bring a smile to his face in a very humbling way.

He would only smile in a humbling way.
I would love to see him after he is sworn in for his second term host a massive freedom birthday party of the new Free Iraqis named after him with their grateful parents.

Apon reading the latest posts list, the title of your post combined in my brain with the title of the post just under it to get:
First Free Baby born in Baghdad: "weapons grade plutonium"
I need to go get my eyes or my brain checked.

What a party that would be. I think that one man who was on the news yesterday saying "Thank you meestir Boosh. We like meestir Boosh" should be invited to the party as well.

Thank you. Nice story!

We should chip and pay for some of these brave and outspoken Iraqis who have supported our president and our military to visit America.

I think that's a great idea so all these people can express their thanks and gratitude and visit with some of the people that made their freedom possible.
I also think that President Bush should take a trip to Iraq, but only when everything there is stable and safe, and after their government has been in place for awhile. That way he can see all of the people who appreciate what he has done.

With the whacko Islamofacist/kazis all around Iraq, it might never safe enough for him to go the Middle East.

George is a good strong name Indeed. It's how our country started with the traditions we now enjoy; and it was a George that returned to us the dignity that the other Goerge bestowed. Very fitting.

That is very true, but if it ever becomes safe enough, and I know that's a very big if, I think it would be great if Bush could make a trip there. I know it probably won't happen, but it's a good thought.

And little Georginas. Or Georgianas - the name of a very lovely woman (although a bit of a high flyer) a long time ago.

Can you just imagine the poor Kindergarten teacher in five years trying to keep all the kids named George straight? LOL!
