We are going to have a depression. That is my prediction. But I've always been pessimistic, so my history reveals me to be consistently wrong. And you're right. I want to be wrong, but the stock market bubble has burst, and I predict that the real estate market will follow in its tracks.
When there is a significant number of unemployed people, how can high housing costs possibly prevail?
