Published claims that dozens of fans walked out at this point seem dubious, since that would require Pearl Jam's fan base to still number in the dozens.
ROTFLMAO!What razor sharp wit! Attractive as she is, I don't think I'd want to be her boyfriend; I wouldn't stand a chance in an arguement...

Micky Dees is an American icon... sad but true - Hell, even here in Kuwait they have the McArabia sandwich. Why anyone would want to pay 850Fils (about $2.50) for a schwarma is beyond me. But they do.

The Web sure is changing the face of the world.
You're in Kuwait and I'm in California and it is as if we are next door.

I was born in Roseville and went to High School in Marin County... I miss California!
Kuwait is one happy place today and many of the soldiers here glad to see this is coming to a very successful close.

We should misspell Strisand's name as a way of honoring her

Ann is pretty, and obviously one of the best (And consistantly funniest) writers in America but please...
Easy on pictures of her showing her Olive Oil legs. And I'm not exaggerating...Look at her legs in that picture. Her thighs are the same size as her calves. Hell...they're smaller than her KNEES!

Freedom of speech isn't working out so well for liberals now that they aren't the only ones with a microphone. One of the most delicious aspects of this has been the vehemence with which the journalitic "old guard" has whined about the embedded reporters reporting straight news as it happens, without "putting things into the proper perspective", i.e., letting the News Bosses put a liberal spin on it.
They complain that the embedded journalists have bonded with their military units. This is of course true, and the "embeds" have no doubt developed a sense of independence from their editors. In short, the liberal news establishment that entrenched itself after VietNam is losing control of the hearts and minds of the very future of journalism!
Think about that for a moment - a future where the extreme left wing no longer sets the moral tone for the country.
