'tis true; usually during the weekday, I can only lurk....sometimes post a few....but not much at all. And almost always, I can spend very little time lurking....so, I just announce I can't be online for too long, don't know what's new, and could someone tell me what's been going on for the past few hours...
Other times, when at work (and I have no access to listening), when the President is speaking, I remind the posters to type the highlights for us "cubicle-bound" FReepers....they always oblige, within seconds...even if I can't always respond right away in either acknowledgment or thanks (because at work, I just can't always jump back in and be my polite self). : )
