What about wearing hair styles that our loved ones like? I have very long blond hair and would be happy to have it very short, but hubby won't hear of it. I managed a doctors office and we had a little girl who was going through brain cancer treatment who lost all her hair. She always liked my hair, so I had it cut to be made into a wig for her. My husband pouted, and they only cut 14 inches of it, it didn't take too long to regrow it. Guys are spoiled by us.

That makes sense. But in my situation, I have no say so...it's her hair, it's her money! lol

It's going to be what she wants. Sometimes, I grief her when it looks like a Hillary cut! I get stern looks.
