Saddam is alot of things we wish he was not -; he's not a fool , insane or a madman. He's made some decisions that are not going to work out too well for him , and have not been good for his country, same as alot of rulers. Sincerly, tom008
As a fellow Mexican viajaro, you have really hit it. The excessive trouble and fines for common infractions of law are, in many ways, more elegently served by mordita than the ponderous, and utterly corrupt, US legal system. Thanks for sharing.
