China Ocean Shipping Co is definitely a go! They were
turned down on the old Naval Shipyard due to security
reasons. Construction is almost complete at the old
Todd Shipyard a short distance away. There was a hold
for a short period of time due to environmental problems,
but now, it's all systems go. I understand it will be
completed within the next few months.
