I got a URL error when trying that site. If one has to pay to read Stratfor, then it is likely a violation of their copyright to reproduce the materials that they own into a free site. It is no different than sharing music (IMHO). I'm not trying to give you a hard time here, but the owners of this site could be liable if Stratfor decides to pursue action against those who are distributing and hosting their content in a manner that could be construed as being illegal.

I can't say about this article, but genereally Stratfor has a few articles that you can read for a day or two and then they go to the 'premium' part of the site. So it may have been copied when it was free, is my guess.
