"Thanks to the most crudely partisan decision in the history of the Supreme Court"

You know, I'm getting really tired of this kind of statement. Yes, the vote split down party lines, but it never seems to enter the heads of some people that the partisans might have been the ones who voted against clear interpretations of election law.

The 2 votes to stop the existing recounts were not partisan. They were 9 to 0 and 7 to 2. The votes on whether or not to begin new, Statewide, recounts were 5 to 4. To repeat, the recounts were halted on votes of 9/0 and 7/2.
