You sure he didn't say it "tongue-in-cheek"?
I remember that Xlinton wiped out our supply of cruise missiles during Kosovo. We were dangerously low. Probably the military made sure production went up.

NO! It was not tongue-in-cheek. He meant exactly what he said. He didn't take the time to mention George Bush at all, but he specifically went out of his way to say that Clinton deserved credit.
I wonder if this is on the Democratic talking points...

I didn't catch it but i imagine it was probably tongue-in-cheek. I've always liked Mort, he's a good guy and has critized Clinton a lot in the past and has praised Bush a lot as well. Sounds to me like he meant it sarcastically.
