A US official at the American embassy in Amman told Albawaba Wednesday that a temporary American diplomat was involved in shooting attack Tuesday night in one of the Jordanian capitals streets.
The embassys press attaché, Justin H. Siberrel, said the incident took place around 11 PM Tuesday night near the third circle at Jabal Amman. He confirmed the diplomat was unharmed and in good health. Siberrel, however, declined to reveal the diplomats identity.
The US attaché avoided speculations about the motives behind the attack, indicating that investigations by the Jordanian security services are underway.
The degree of involvement is unknown, but it is widely assumed that this American was involved as the object of the aforementioned attack. </ Sarcasm>
I really love to see how they think.
