[history]
It's the type of behavior one would expect in a bar, not a classroom.
The Arizona Department of Education investigated 130 claims of sexual offense by a teacher or administrator in 2002, more than double the number of claims in 1995. Out of the 769 reports from 1995 to 2002, 128 resulted in disciplinary action.

The most shocking thing, to me, is that the story appears to indicate that more than 80% of reports were false or could not be substantiated (if one makes the reasonable assumption that no true and substantiated report would NOT have resulted in disciplinary action).

If I remember correctly (and I could be wrong), I believe that this Mary McGrath was involved in giving diversity training where individual white males were mocked.
