You can probably get better rates in eastern Texas. In fact, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if they are paying people $20.00 per acre foot just to take it off of their hands...

Yeah, but it is raw water - for irrigation purposes only. I suspected as much, but still, that's a whopping $0.00006 per gallon. I wonder how much it would cost to clean it and filter it yourself... ;)
