Yes, I think you're right but while we play about in the sand, the DPRK toil away at their nukes...and I worry.

The country is totally isolated and not a real threat. The nuke thing can wait. They have them and will try to make more. The cat has been out of the bag for some time and is now a diplomatic exercise.
