I heard John Loftus make much the same claim on the Bachelor and Alexander radio show last night. I only caught the tail end of what he was saying, so I don't know if he said what his sources are.

I was listening to their show last night. He also made another interesting point -- that Iraq was using special communication technology supplied by Russia and that the conversation our intelligence picked up that the Iraqi leadership was going to meet at the restaurant was a set-up.
