Announce with a loud speaker in the streets, "Saddam is in the Russian Embassy!". The Iraqi civilians will then take care of things (remember Romania?).

No need. If the Russians were sheltering him, they won't be much longer. That goes for the French, the Germans or any other major country who's been propping him for the last 12 years.

They would prefer to see him dead because he can run his mouth about the cooperation hes been getting from these countries. They have no reason to see him live. He offers nothing anymore. He is only a liability to these assholes.
