The lead brigade is all they need. The brigade second off the ships is going to be *pissed*.
If I were any Iraqi that does not support Saddam who lives in Tikrit now, I'd leave that small city in a literal New York minute.
With the 4th Infantry Division's high-tech firepower and total air superiority, the Coalition forces will literally crush that city in a matter of only a few days.
Perhaps the second brigade's destination/mission is Damascus...
