It is truely amazing that telling the truth is such a problem for Arab countries. The same countries that are making the most noise about this are the ones that consistute the biggest problem to US interests in this region of the world

I think the Arabs had better get used to friends of Israel being in charge. No more kissing the butts of America-haters.

I think it's fine for the Arabs to debate which American should run Iraq. We could give them one of our appeasers, Daschle, for instance, and they would see that with ignorance often comes incompetence.

Only when Arabs get over their fear of co-existence with Israel will they have peace.

More like when the Arabs stop blaming Israel for all their problems will they finally become a part of the 21st century.

Jonah Goldberg had a great piece on NRO a couple days ago pointing out that without oil, the GDP of the Arab world is on par with Finland. A land mass that goes from Morocco to Iraq has an economy the size of a small scandinavian country.

While Israel on the other hand is a thriving economy. The arabs cant stand the fact that the zenith of their society was at the battle of tours. Its time to stop letting them dictate our foriegn policy. Yes they should be asked what they think, but they should not have the final say. It is in our best interest to place the most competent people in charge of the rebuilding and the fact that this general correctly identified the Palestinians as the problem shows that he is indeed competent.

Nature is result oriented. Liberals are intention oriented. In this global setting, we need result oriented policy not just happy, feel good policy that makes the One World crowd happy

Given the stellar track record the arab world has with selecting good leaders to install republican forms of government, maybe they should not get to pick this one. Let us get democracy started in the region, let it take root and then when the next repressive regime falls, hopefully by arab hands, they can appoint the intermin government. Syria would be a great homework assignment for the arab world

The Arabs consider any one who's not an Arab beneath them. That's how racist they are. In their eyes, we're no better than white n***ers.

Sounds like the good general has the ROT's number, and that makes him the perfect guy for the job. The problem is not with Arabs but with iSLAM, the Religion of Terror. Arab Christians are largely devoid of the wacked-out anti-jew and anti-american insanity. But they are the minority.

Stop the Rot!
Religion of Terror.

You say that Arab Christians are not part of the problem, and i really want to agree with that. But you have them in Judea and Samaria as well as Israel proper. They are problems, but i do agree with your premise that they would not likily be a problem were it not for the 'religion of peace' preaching holy war

"I honestly think when Iraqis find out (about the statement) they are going to be genuinely appalled," said Hussein Ibish, a spokesman for the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee."

The same countries that are making the most noise about this are the ones that consistute the biggest problem to US interests in this region of the world...and the same groups in the United States that are making the most noise about this are the ones that consistute the biggest problem to US interests in this country.
