Alas, no. Ahem! (Adjusting podium) This is a classic case of uncertainty, first proposed by Werner Heisenberg and best exemplified by Erwin Schrodinger in his famous "Schrodinger's Cat" illustration. Think of Saddam as being in what is known in quantum mechanics as an eigenstate, that is, in a state best described as being neither dead nor alive. There is a box, and inside the box is Saddam. Until we "collapse the wave function" by opening the box and making a direct observation of his BLOATED, FESTERING, MAGGOT-INFESTED CORPSE COVERED IN BLOWFLIES AND STINKING TO HIGH HEAVEN, he shall remain in that eigenstate, that mathematical description of uncertainty. (sound of panting)

Thank you.

Would BLOATED, FESTERING, MAGGOT-INFESTED fragments of Saddam satisfy you?
