I think it's too soon to tell. Unless they found his body intact and were able to identify him through dental records or fingerprints. I want to see evidence before I believe he's used up all nine of his lives.

Oh, but wouldn't it have been cool... I mean really really cool... if we knew the layout of the tunnel system? Someone from the dark side comes over to our side, brings with him the maps of the underground tunnels...

We see Saddam go in the Restaurant, which is of course connected to the tunnels... Saddam goes down below and works his way to a bunker a couple blocks away...

Then we go in and "close" the exit at the hotel... and when Saddam comes walking cooly out of his bunker into the tunnel system to head for a different exit, he is met by our SpecOps guys:

"Hello Saddam" BANG BANG
