No-see-ums are teeny, tiny biting flies (I think, you can't see' em..really!) that arrive with certain breezes blowing from the inland Florida swamps and trees toward beaches...often on beautiful days. They feel like pin pricks. People hop around slapping at themselves and looking annoyed. Good press punishment, non? (^:
